It's just a few steps to the beach and half of a mile from the famous 5th avenue, a pedestrian street full of restaurants, bars, stores, etc.
It's around a mile from the Golf course of Playacar Fase 2.
It requires a deposit of 500 dollars in case of a weekly rent or 1000 dollars per month, which will be reimbursed if there are no damages and the electricity is paid.

5/5 New Year celebration. We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. House is beautifully decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipt . Pool and back yard are large and very clean. beautiful roof deck. A lot of privacy. At the same time house is 10 min walk to 5th avenue of Playa del carmen and 1 min walk to the beach. There is plenty of restaurants and small grocery stores close by. Supermarket is 20 min walk or 10 min ride. Very convenient. Beach is not crowded. Host Jose Luise greeted us upon arrival with a bottle of red wine and bag of excellent coffee. Thank you again! Communication with host was super. He showed us everything in the house and later when we had couple of questions we were able to rich him on the phone immediately. Also he accommodated our requiest for a late checkout (our flight back was at 6pm), although he had to reschedule a cleaning of the house for a later time because of this. Really appreciate this! Everybody in my family just loved the house and surrounding. I would recommend this property without any hesitation!

Wonderful house in the best location in PDC. Playacar is a beautiful neighborhood with security, and the house is one block from a great beach and a 10 minute walk to town. We stopped renting a car in PDC because it's so easy to get around on foot or on bikes (Playa Rida will deliver bikes to you, and pick them back up). Taxis are plentiful, for excursions or getting back from the grocery store. The house is very clean and well equipped with three large king bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and new A/C unit. Beds are very comfortable and the A/C works great (there is also an A/C in the living room but we didn't really use that one). Kitchen is large and has what is needed for cooking dinner, making margaritas, etc. We also used the grill which I think was brand new. We loved the beachy, Mexican decor and murals in the house. The best part is the back yard and pool which fells like a private oasis - very peaceful. Thank you, Marcela!

5/5 Celebración de Año Nuevo. Pasamos un tiempo absolutamente maravilloso en esta propiedad. La casa está bellamente decorada. Las camas son muy cómodas. La cocina está muy bien equipada. La piscina y el patio trasero son grandes y están muy limpios. hermosa azotea. Mucha privacidad. Al mismo tiempo la casa se encuentra a 10 min caminando a la 5ta avenida de Playa del carmen ya 1 min caminando a la playa. Hay muchos restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas de comestibles cerca. El supermercado está a 20 minutos a pie o 10 minutos en coche. Muy conveniente. La playa no está llena. El anfitrión José Luise nos recibió al llegar con una botella de vino tinto y una bolsa de excelente café. ¡Gracias de nuevo! La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. Nos mostró todo en la casa y más tarde, cuando teníamos un par de preguntas, pudimos contactarlo por teléfono de inmediato. También acomodó nuestra solicitud de salida tardía (nuestro vuelo de regreso era a las 6 p. m.), aunque tuvo que reprogramar una limpieza de la casa para más tarde debido a esto. ¡Realmente aprecio esto! A todos en mi familia les encantó la casa y los alrededores. ¡Recomendaría esta propiedad sin dudarlo!

Maravillosa casa en la mejor ubicación de PDC. Playacar es un hermoso vecindario con seguridad, y la casa está a una cuadra de una gran playa ya 10 minutos a pie del pueblo. Dejamos de alquilar un automóvil en PDC porque es muy fácil moverse a pie o en bicicleta (Playa Rida le entregará las bicicletas y las recogerá). Los taxis abundan, para excursiones o para regresar de la tienda de comestibles. La casa está muy limpia y bien equipada con tres grandes dormitorios king, cada uno con su propio baño completo. Cada habitación tiene un ventilador de techo y una nueva unidad de aire acondicionado. Las camas son muy cómodas y el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien (también hay un aire acondicionado en la sala de estar, pero en realidad no lo usamos). La cocina es grande y tiene lo necesario para cocinar la cena, hacer margaritas, etc. También usamos la parrilla que creo que era nueva. Nos encantó la decoración playera mexicana y los murales de la casa. La mejor parte es el patio trasero y la piscina, que se siente como un oasis privado, muy tranquilo. ¡Gracias, Marcela!
